Shipping and Returns

Return Policy:

All Systems may be returned within 15 days after date of delivery. If you receive a system DOA (dead on arrival) please contact us immediately to report the problem.

All System returns must be pre-approved. Before returning any items, please request a RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number by e-mail and be sure to include the reason for return.

We will issue a RMA number which must be included with the return along with a copy of the original invoice.

All Systems must be returned in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, warranty cards, etc. All Systems must be returned double boxed, with no writing or markings.

Any product not returned in original condition with original packaging will be returned to you. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items except for manufacturer certified defective items. A restocking fee will be applied to all returns on a per unit basis. 5% of purchase price (minimum $15) if a product(s) of equal or greater value is purchased as a replacement

10% of purchase price (minimum $35) if no replacement is purchased

On orders over $2400, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied in certain instances.

Any POS Systems that are not in "Factory New" or "Like New" condition will be charged additional restocking fees based on the condition of the system. Condition of the system will be determined by Saxon Computer Center.

$700.00 Minimum restock fee per unit for all POS Systems.

Refusal Fees: A $30.00 refusal fee will apply to all items that are not accepted upon delivery. Full refunds are only given to non-functional products. Non Returnable Items: Software packages are not returnable. If after you have read and understood the above return policy, you would still like to return the system, please request a RMA number along with the reason for the return at sale@saxoncomputercenter.com

Payment Terms: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.) Credit Cards are charged at the time of purchase. No Purchase Orders, Fax or C.O.D. orders please. We do not accept international credit cards at this time. Most items are shipped out the next two business day.

Warranty Information: All POS Systems are sold with the manufacturer's warranty and no other warranty is offered by the seller. Please see individual product descriptions for details. All custom made computers include a one year hardware warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident states of business. Therefore all orders shipping within California, Tennessee and New Jersey will be charged applicable sales tax according to your area's tax rate.

Back Orders: Back ordered items are set to ship as soon as they become available. You will be contacted by email letting you know if any items are backordered. Back ordered items can be exchanged for an in stock item or canceled for a full refund.

Cancel Orders: You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 860-896-1055 during Saxon Computer Center hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit card in approximately 2-3 business days.
